1. Medical Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

NutriScope is not a medical professional, dietitian, or healthcare provider. The information provided by the NutriScope application, including calorie counts, macro-nutrient breakdowns, and goal tracking, is for general informational and educational purposes only.

You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new diet, fitness, or nutrition program.

2. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for verifying the nutritional information and ingredients of any food you consume directly from the product packaging.

3. User Profiles and Onboarding

During onboarding, we collect certain personal information (such as age, weight, and goals) to create your profile and calculate customized nutritional estimates. You agree to provide accurate and current information. NutriScope is not responsible for any adverse health effects, weight changes, or dietary complications resulting from inaccurate information provided by you or your reliance on the app's calculations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to health issues, personal injury, allergic reactions, or dietary complications resulting from your use of the application.
